The first is HR who need a bullet list for the first filter, and the second is the actual manager who doesn&amp;#39;t care about the bullet list but wants the full text.  I think this is one of the big reasons that resumes look like crap. By then you get to include personal achievements beside the buzzwords and could really stand out compared to other applicants.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;One thing you might want to add is Pradeep Soundararajan &amp;quot;Interviews and Jobs&amp;quot;.
